At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and this role is key in making this happen. As a Community Safety Assistant, you will provide administrative support our Community Safety and Neighbourhood Teams with regards to anti-social behaviour.   

  

This is demanding role where you will be first point of contact for anti-social behaviour complaints you will be responsible for the initial investigations and assisting with the ongoing case management. You will manage the group’s noise recording and CCTV devises and attend meetings in a note taker capacity.     

  

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers, you will liaise with colleagues, customers and partner agencies daily with regards to anti-social behaviour so effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key. You will be flexible in your approach with the ability to prioritise your tasks to meet a variety of deadlines. You will be enthusiastic and innovative to resolve problems with a passion to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour to increase our community's stability.
