We are recruiting for a Compliance Inspector to join our established Compliance Team, working with the Compliance Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional with experience of completing end to end risk assessments, including fire risk, ensuring follow up actions are completed and that we remain compliant. Our Compliance Inspectors ensure all our assets comply with regulatory and group policy requirements by undertaking a range of risk assessments, technical inspections and data system checks. Producing reports, our Compliance Inspectors will highlight recommendations, and issue works to ensure our assets remain compliant and provide advice and support to colleagues for any implementation of property compliance policies and procedures.
This is a busy and demanding role where you will provide a customer focussed approach putting our customer needs at the heart of what you do. Liaising with internal and external departments you will have the ability to manage and prioritise work to meet deadlines, have a solid knowledge of ICT packages with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
In order to fulfil the requirements of the role, a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
